Description of the position

Under the supervision of the manager, the paint department clerk provides great customer service by welcoming clients in the store and asking them questions to present them with the products needed for their projects. He performs all related tasks, in compliance with the internal processes and rules of the Organization.

Tasks

  • Welcome and greet clients.
  • Determine the needs of each client by asking the right questions and providing basic advice.
  • Make sure that the clients are satisfied by discussing with them.
  • Suggest products from all departments.
  • Suggest alternate products, if needed.
  • Refer the best product for each project.
  • Highlight the characteristics of the products so the client can make an informed decision.
